Hotel Rules and Regulations

Bobritsa Dacha Hotel management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our guests.

1. Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days.

2. A hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 p.m. of the following day. Failure to check out by 12:00 p.m. on the agreed day of departure will result in an additional fee for extending a hotel day. A charge for the extension until 4:00 p.m. amounts to 50% of the applicable daily rate; after 4:00 p.m. the hotel will charge for an additional hotel day. Early arrivals are not guaranteed unless the hotel room has been reserved for the night prior to arrival.

3. The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If canceled later, the guest will be charged the first night. In case the guest fails to appear in the hotel by 6:00 p.m. of the accommodation day despite making a reservation, the fee for the room shall be charged by the hotel in full.

4. Persons who are invited by a hotel’s registered guest and not checked in the hotel may stay in a hotel room from 10:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Persons staying in a room after 10:00 p.m. must check in the hotel and pay the appropriate guest rate.

5. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card upon check-in or collect a fee for the entire stay in the form of a cash deposit.

6. Guests must be 18 years to reserve a room.

7. Valid photo identification required at check-in. Some rates will also require company identification.

8. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in hotel rooms, balconies, terraces, corridor, staircase, restaurant, bar, cloak-rooms, and lobby is strictly prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine/cleaning fee of UAH 5000. Designated smoking areas outside the building are available.

9. Please review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of the guest room door and locate the emergency exits on your floor promptly upon your arrival.

10. Please, always shut curtains in your room for your privacy.

11. Please, keep noise to a minimum.

12. Connecting rooms are available. Limited availability. Advanced reservations and hotel pre-approval required.

13. A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in selected rooms for a fee.

14. Guests must confirm their departure date upon arrival. If guests shorten their length of stay after check-in, one-night room rate and tax will be charged to the guest.

15. To redeem a gift certificate, guests are required to contact the hotel directly. All gift certificates are subject to hotel approval only.

16. The rooms, halls, staircases, lobby, terraces, restaurant or the territory of the hotel may not be used for any business purposes, or for any purpose apart from accommodation, without the express permission of the Management.

17. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the paid period has not yet expired.

18. The hotel may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during any previous stay by damaging the hotel’s or guests’ property or by inflicting damage on other guests, employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.

19. The hotel accepts guests traveling with pets. Only one small pet is allowed per selected room for an extra charge and the guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Due to hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.

20. Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The actual service time will vary, according to our daily plan. Please direct to our Front Desk if you wish your room to be cleaned in priority. Linen and towel change are operated every two days, or more often upon request for an extra charge. Please inform the Front Desk accordingly.

21. The hotel is dedicated to the protection of our planet’s resources and encourage its guests to help by: (a) switching off lights when not in use; (b) ensuring that taps are always turned off after use; (c) avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need! We thank you in advance for your comprehension and contribution.

22. All the hotel equipment is to be handled with care. It is forbidden to remove equipment (towels, covers, pillows, etc.) from the hotel’s room.

23. The hotel renders services in accordance with its category and standards. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the Front Desk as soon as possible, thus allowing for the hotel’s immediate reaction.

24. The hotel is obliged to ensure:

a) conditions for full and undisturbed rest of the guest;

b) safety of stay and privacy. Every guest provides its consent to processing their personal information for the purposes of checking in and placing its data in the hotel database as per the Ukrainian Personal Data Protection Act. The guest has the right to review and correct his/her personal data;

c) professional and polite service in respect of all services rendered by the hotel;

d) cleaning of the room and performing necessary repairs of equipment during the guest’s absence or in their presence is so requested by the guest;

e) in case of any defects which could not be repaired, the hotel shall make every effort to, where possible, change the room or in any other way redress the inconvenience.

25. At the guest’s request, the hotel renders the following free-of-charge services:

a) information concerning the guest’s stay and travel;

b) storage of money and valuable belongings during the stay;

c) storage of luggage; the hotel may refuse to store luggage at times other than during the guest’s stay at the hotel or if the belongings are not of a personal kind;

d) access to an outdoor swimming pool during hours of availability and pursuant to Rules and Regulations applicable in the above places.

26. The exclusive usage of barbeque, pavilion(s), restaurant, swimming pool, and other areas of the hotel for private events of the guests is available for a fee. Please contact the Front Desk.

27. The hotel’s liability for any loss or damage of items brought in by guests to the hotel is regulated by provisions of the Ukrainian Civil Code. The hotel’s liability shall be limited to UAH 100 if such items are not deposited at the Front Desk. The hotel has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable belongings, especially jewels, valuables and items of scientific or artistic value if they pose a threat to safety or their value exceeds the standard of the hotel or if they take up too much space.

28. The guest should notify the hotel’s Front Desk immediately upon noticing any damage.

29. The lights-out period starts at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 07:00 a.m. of the following day.

30. Conduct of guests and persons using services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rule.

31. When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. The loss of a room card is subject to an extra charge of UAH 200.

32. The hotel guests bear financial liability for loss, damaging or destroying the hotel’s property, equipment, and technical devices due to their actions or fault or due to the action or fault of their visitors.

33. Room heaters, electric irons, kettles and other similar devices that are not a part of the hotel room equipment or provided to the guest by the hotel are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to fire safety.

34. It is prohibited to consume foodstuffs and drinks bought outside the hotel in the restaurant and common area.

35. If your room has a fireplace you are allowed to use it only with permission from our Front Desk and taking all necessary precautions.

36. Our hotel runs on a modern septic system. And it’s very sensitive. Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Any other products can create blockages in our sewer system. Should this happen it will really upset you and other guests and spoil your stay. The bin is the only solution!

37. Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense.

38. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 3 months only and destroyed thereafter without any compensation or refund.

39. All personal information furnished by the guests concerning their transactions with the hotel shall be held private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except to the extent required by law.

40. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above Rules and Regulations without any prior notice.
